How does the realme mobile behave? This is everything you need to know about the Chinese device.
Gone are those times when when asked “What mobile phone do I buy with 200 euros?” , Xiaomi monopolized the responses. realme has become a solid alternative to the “cheap” signatures that we can consider more traditional . Its catalog contains more than interesting options below 300 euros, like the realme 9 Y realme 9i.
During the last month I have had the opportunity to use the realme Narzo 50 as a personal device, a device that went on sale a few weeks ago for 219 euros. It is a classic mid-range, a device that has to compete in the most crowded price range of the Android landscape.
It aims to do it with a design in the purest realme style, a 120 Hz screen, one of MediaTek’s gaming processors and 3 rear cameras, among other features. I will tell you how my experience has been in each of these sections, this is a realme mid-range in the middle of 2022 .

Where is the realme Narzo 50 located?
For just over 200 euros, the realme mobile is presented as the classic mid-range par excellence . It is part of one of the most crowded sectors of the Android scene, the section between 200 and 250 euros. In it we find other devices of the same firm, such as the realme 9i.
Other big ones like Xiaomi also have good alternatives in that price range, tough rivals for this realme. Devices like the
Design and screen
The realme Narzo 50 has a 6.5-inch IPS screen that occupies almost the entire of its front , except for a small chin and a hole in which its front camera is housed. It is a panel that looks good, with quite powerful colors (despite being IPS) and more than enough sharpness. The frames could be used better, yes, but we are facing a good screen.
We also find a 120 Hz refresh rate that makes everything move more smoothly. And there is something you should keep in mind. It is an adaptive refresh rate , which will vary depending on the content you are viewing. It has 6 levels: 30 Hz, 48 Hz, 50 Hz, 60 Hz, 90 Hz and 120 Hz. It does not make sense to waste battery updating at a rate of 120 Hz s If you find yourself looking at photos in your gallery, but it does come in handy as you move through the different menus to increase speed. The panel of this realme will adapt to what makes the most sense at all times .
